Roadway Rehabilitation
Polk Road from State Street to Oceana Drive
The Oceana County Road Commission is requesting Bids for the construction of Polk Road from State Street to Oceana Drive. Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the commission office located at 3501 Polk Road, Hart, MI 49420, until 2:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, July 7th, 2026. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
PROJECT: Roadway rehabilitation work including cold milling the existing HMA pavement, chip seal (to be performed by Oceana County Road Commission forces) HMA resurfacing, localized curb and gutter improvements, drainage improvements, berm grading, pavement markings, maintenance of traffic and restoration along Polk Road from State Street to Oceana Drive in the City of Hart, Oceana County.
Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office of the Bidding Documents is: Oceana County Road Commission. 3501 Polk Road, Hart, MI 49420. Email: bids@oceanacrc.org, Telephone (231) 873-4226. Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge; hard copy documents are not available. Non-biddable documents may be viewed at www.oceanacrc.org.
The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.
A pre-bid conference will not be held.

The Oceana County Road Commission reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Oceana County Road Commission.
