Pedestrian Tunnel under M-20
Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE

The Oceana County Road Commission (OCRC) is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design services for a pedestrian tunnel located in Shelby Township under M-20. The proposed tunnel will connect the Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo parking lots located on the north and south sides of M-20. An accessible pathway away from each tunnel entrance or exit will also be necessary to provide connectivity to and from the Zoo’s parking areas.
